Orders & Delivery
Each order includes a built-in messaging system so you can discuss requirements, progress, and revisions directly with the freelancer.
Once completed, your freelancer will upload the final files to your order page. You’ll be notified and can download them immediately.
You can request revisions based on the service agreement. If issues remain unresolved, our support team can mediate.
Licensing & Digital Products
If your purchase includes a theme, template, or digital asset, please check the license details on the product page. Typically, single use licenses are for personal/client projects, while extended licenses allow redistribution or resale.
After purchase, you’ll get immediate access to download your file from your dashboard. A confirmation email with download links will also be sent.
