Description:

We are looking for an experienced and efficient developer to help us create a reusable, scalable, and well-structured development framework tailored for our web agency's projects. Our goal is to streamline future website builds by having a solid, flexible foundation that can be adapted to different client needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end and back-end development, with the ability to set up clean architecture, reusable components, and modular code. Experience with modern web technologies and CMS platforms is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a custom framework or starter template that aligns with our agency’s workflow

• Ensure the framework is modular, scalable, and easy to maintain

• Integrate essential features such as responsive design, performance optimization, SEO-friendly structure, and accessibility standards

• Include reusable components for forms, navigation, footers, etc.

• Set up basic CMS (e.g., WordPress, headless CMS) integration if needed

• Write clean, documented code with flexibility for customization

Requirements:

• Proficiency in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, or Vue)

• Experience building custom themes or frameworks for CMS platforms (especially WordPress)

• Knowledge of best practices for performance, security, and SEO

• Familiarity with Git and version control

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
