We are seeking a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to help us build a fully functional marketing and CRM automation system tailored to our service-based business.

The goal is to create an end-to-end funnel and integrate automation workflows that will streamline our lead generation, nurturing, and client onboarding processes.

We’re looking for someone who is not just technically skilled, but also understands sales and marketing strategy, and can provide guidance on best practices for building converting funnels inside GoHighLevel.

Scope of Work:
Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Funnel Setup

Create a high-converting 2-step funnel (landing page + thank you page)
Ensure mobile optimization and fast loading
Add custom form or survey for lead capture

✅ Automation Workflows

Set up automated email and SMS sequences
Trigger follow-up based on form responses or tags
Create a lead nurturing system that builds trust

✅ CRM & Pipeline Setup

Set up tags, triggers, and pipeline stages
Connect calendar for scheduling appointments
Enable notifications and internal tasks

✅ Integration & Optimization

Integrate the funnel with Google Calendar, email systems, and payment gateways (if applicable)
Ensure tracking, analytics, and reporting are functional
Recommend improvements for better conversion
